I'm an Architect and Project Management professional with 25+ years of experience delivering complex real estate developments across Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.

Throughout my career, I have led projects across the full lifecycle from concept design and feasibility through procurement, construction, and handover, covering mixed-use, high-rise, hospitality, commercial, and retail fit-out developments.

​

My core expertise includes program and project management, design coordination, commercial and cost control, procurement and tendering, contract administration, and construction management. I have worked extensively in client, developer, consultant, and contractor environments, which allows me to approach projects with a balanced technical and commercial perspective.

I have contributed to projects for international organizations such as Radisson Hotel Group, Hill International, Drees & Sommer, ENKA, Mott MacDonald, and AIG/Lincoln Property Company.
