• Working with development, leasing, property management, construction department, architects and MEP engineers as the center point of Landlord; to make sure that Landlord’s obligations delineated in the leases are adhered to and proper drawings, scheduling and responsiveness is initiated by the Tenants’ contractors.

• Management of Tenants' fit-out works and alterations: Responsible for ensuring that all Tenant works conforms with the lease requirements through the entire process of design, fit-out and occupancy.

• Day-to-day responsibility to ensure construction works meet the standards within Class A office quality, quantities, time frames and cost estimates.

• Tenant lease negotiation and recommendations regarding all aspects of design and construction.

• Architectural review of test fit layouts, concept design, working design, as-built design and documentation including but not limited to, acts of hidden works, acts of connections, operating manuals, tests and certificates.

• Processing design approvals, tracking review and correspondence schedule, coordinating revisions with Tenant’s architect and engineers.

4) International Music House of Moscow

(Performing Arts Center; one of the largest concert halls in the world with 1.800 seat Grand Philharmonic Concert Hall, the 575 seat Chamber Music Concert Hall, a 532 seat multi-functional theater hall, several rehearsal halls of various sizes, audio-visual recording studios, as well as restaurants, cafes, shops, administrative premises and a two story underground car park, having a total construction area of 48.000 sqm.)
