  • Working with development, leasing, property management, construction department, architects and MEP engineers as the center point of Landlord; to make sure that Landlord’s obligations delineated in the leases are adhered to and proper drawings, scheduling and responsiveness is initiated by the Tenants’ contractors.

  • Management of Tenants' fit-out works and alterations: Responsible for ensuring that all Tenant works conforms with the lease requirements through the entire process of design, fit-out and occupancy.
